About the Therapist

About the Lived Experience Educator

Aastha is a trauma-informed therapist working with adults who are navigating anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm, relationship patterns, ADHD/executive dysfunction, identity exploration and the impact of difficult or distressing life experiences.

Her work is grounded in the belief that people are not broken- many of their struggles are adaptive responses to the environments and experiences they have lived through. In therapy, she focuses on helping clients understand their patterns, build emotional safety and gently develop new ways of relating to themselves and others.

Aastha’s approach is warm, collaborative and integrative. She draws from trauma-informed, relational and emotion-focused frameworks, combining insight-oriented work with practical tools for nervous system regulation, cognitive reframing, boundaries and everyday coping.

She often works with clients who feel stuck in repeating patterns, experience anxiety or burnout, struggle with boundaries or self-worth or want to better understand their emotions and relationships. She aims to create a therapy space that feels safe, grounded and non-judgmental where clients can move at their own pace and feel less alone in their experiences.
